All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings — including consulting sessions, group sessions, and private consultations — all purchases are non-refundable. Once payment is made and access or a booking is confirmed, we are unable to issue refunds.

Why We Have This Policy

Our sessions involve significant preparation, time, and resources dedicated specifically to each client. Because the value is delivered through knowledge, time, and expertise, we are unable to recover these once a session has begun.

Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance at hello@niishasood.com. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of genuine emergencies, please reach out to us directly at hello@niishasood.com and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis. Please note that exceptions are granted at our sole discretion.
